When creating a new BizForm, you are asked to fill in the following details:
| • | Form display name - name of the BizForm used in Kentico CMS user interface |
| • | Form code name - name of the BizForm used in website code |
| • | Table name - name of the database table where submitted records are stored; each BizForm has its own associated database table with name in the BizForm_<website code name>_<table name> format, e.g. BizForm_CorporateSite_EventRegistration |
Click OK to create the new BizForm.
