About The Black Management Forum (BMF) is a national non-political, non-racial, and non-sexist organisation that primarily seeks to develop managerial leadership and Economic Transformation. Founded on the three pillars of Academic Excellence, Personal Development, and Community Upliftment, the BMF’s Student Chapter of seeks to train and empower university students and groom them into being effective managers in business and other facets of the corporate world through offering programmes which are designed to bridge the gap from university-life to workplace-life. Over and above offering opportunities for Personal Development the BMFsc also furthers opportunities for grow through interacting with influential people from the workplace as well as people from BMF Young Professionals and BMF the national motherbody. The fact that we draw our membership from diverse academic disciplines, sports, culture and political backgrounds makes the Black Management Forum Student Chapter (BMFsc) a melting pot of South Africa's youth leadership. This development is underpinned by our commitment to the BMF mandate of "Developing Managerial Leadership".
